Refunds (Extremely Limited Cases Only)

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

• Your item arrived with significant physical damage
• Your order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier

No other situations qualify for refunds.

Strict Refund Conditions

To request a refund, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
• Provide clear photo or video proof of the issue
• Ensure the item is unused and in original condition

Failure to meet all requirements will result in denial of the request.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds or replacements for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect selections made at checkout
• Sizing or fit issues
• Shipping delays or transit issues
• Minor packaging imperfections
• Normal product variations
• Claims made outside the required timeframe

Product Condition & Expectations

As a reseller, we may source products from various suppliers. Packaging, labeling, and minor cosmetic differences may vary. These differences do not qualify as defects or valid refund claims.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers must contact us before filing any payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in order blacklisting and refusal of future service.
