Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may vary due to product availability, payment verification, or order volume.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order when necessary.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Delivery failures caused by address errors
• Orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer
Reshipment may require additional shipping charges.
Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility
All orders become the customer’s responsibility once transferred to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after shipment.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information shows a successful delivery, the order is considered fulfilled. Claims regarding stolen or missing packages must be resolved with the shipping carrier.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for confirmed deliveries.
Lost Packages
Packages are only considered lost when officially declared lost by the shipping carrier. Carrier investigations may require additional time.
Fragrance Shipments
Fragrances are sensitive to temperature changes and handling conditions. Minor cosmetic packaging imperfections or slight variations do not qualify as damage.
We are not responsible for:
• Heat-related changes in scent or performance
• Minor leakage that does not affect usability
• Manufacturer packaging differences
Clothing Shipments
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchase. We do not issue refunds for fit, sizing, or style expectations.
Eyewear / Glasses
Glasses and eyewear are delicate items. Customers must report any significant damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence.
Normal transit handling marks or minor packaging wear do not qualify for replacement.
Shipping Delays

Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may ship separately and arrive at different times.
